"This was taken on the morning of WWPD at the Pittock Mansion which sits in the West Hills above Portland. The house was built in 1914 for the publisher of the city's newspaper, "The Oregonian". It is now owned by the Portland Bureau of Parks and Rec. and is open to the public.....for a fee."
