"The Green Fair (Festival) in Sendai city, Miyagi, Japan was opened at 1989. Festival Mascot Character name was Japanese "水玉ぽっちゃん Mizu-tama Potchan". When a drop of water falls in the bottom, the "水玉ぽっちゃん Mizu-tama Potchan" shows that it makes a sound with Potchan. Camera setting ISO6400, 1/15se"
