"We live in a desert and sometimes a place like this can be an oasis from the dry heat and sunshine. The Riparian Preserve serves to recharge the aquifer and as a refuge for birds year round. In many ways for many features this is their oasis."
"This photograph was taken with a Pentax 67II equipped with a body cap pinhole. The TMAX 400 film allowed about a ½ second exposure on this very bright Arizona morning. The film was developed using Clayton F76+ developer in the darkroom at Art Intersection."
