"I photographed the houses to try and get the best picture possible, then decided to try and double expose a tree over the houses to create a constructed mese-em-scene."


"My camera was a sizable cardboard box duck-taped to within an inch of its life to ensure minimal light leakage. The exposure time for this shot was 8 seconds followed by another 5 seconds for the second exposure."
