"I needed to compose my image at home this year, so felt that re-creating a painting would be fun. I had the shed, and a skeleton and witch mannequins from our Halloween decor, and American Gothic just seemed a perfect subject!"


camera"Picassocam is a unique thrift store metal decorative tin with Picasso images on all sides, which was fashioned with a pinhole. The shutter is a refrigerator magnet, and it takes 4x5 paper negatives. DOF: f.205, Exposure: 25 sec, developed in homemade Caffenol-C, fixed with household ammonia."
