"The image was made in the Wee Thump Joshua Tree Wilderness, Southern Nevada, USA. The desert is in good bloom right now. I have found that I can always find good photographic subject matter in the Mojave Desert."
"An ONDU Ondurama 6x17 wood camera was used. The entered image was extracted from the much wider exposed image. The exposure was about three seconds on ISO 100 Reala. Film processed in hobby kit C41 in a Jobo unit. Scanned with an Imacon Flextight Photo scanner. Final processing in Photoshop CS6."
