"I had made a camera for panoramas with a long focal length. So I wanted something "longish" from some distance. Thought of this skyline, and tried to get the floating ice in the foreground."


camera"The camera is made from a candy tin. With the round form it suited panoramas great. Focal length of ca. 195mm and a pinhole of 0.5mm (from Guerin) I got about f. 384. Loaded with old Ilfospeed paper grade 2 it gave an exposure of ca. 2 min."
