"Build up in 1838, the church is neoclassical with a cast iron pronaos; in cast iron are the columns that support the decorated trabeation, the balustrade, the central arch and the friezes of the sculptor Lorenzo Nencini. Cast iron decoration elements were produced in the local foundries."
