Mary Beth Earley, "Common Camas"
Corvallis, Oregon, United States
pinhole photograph

"Camas grow wild in Oregon's open meadows during springtime. They are historically significant as a food staple of native peoples, and were even eaten on the Lewis and Clark Expedition! They're just beautiful; the blue is so striking against the green foliage."

"I have a Canon Rebel T6 and used a pinhole "lens" made from a lens cap."
