"During tests with the camera in our garden, my wife, artist Sharon Hall Shipp, and I found we could create an image that looks like a multiple exposure of me walking. I started by sitting down for about 6 seconds, stood up and waited 6 seconds, took a pace forward, waited for 6 seconds and so on."
