"The tunnel in Anoka,MN runs under Main St. downtown. The 26th was a perfect day, a mix of sun and clouds. Even though we are still "social distancing" there were lots of people out on the riverfront. I crossed over to the south side of downtown to catch a few people coming thru the tunnel. jc"
