"Pinhole images are often described as ‘dreamy’, but what do the subjects of our photos dream about? Do toy cars dream of electric speed? I placed my camera and toy car on a piece of glass and gently moved the glass during the exposure to blur the background, creating an illusion (or dream) of speed."
"I used a homemade camera made from a smartphone box, with a 0.3mm (~f175) pinhole drilled in sodacan aluminium. The photo was taken on Ilford MG RC paper, rated at ISO 6. My exposure time was 10 minutes in open shade. Developed in expired Fomatol P. Scanned, inverted and lightly toned in Photoshop."
