"My photo this year is a double exposure of the the foothills below my house and the arrowleaf balsamroots that grow wild on them. The balsamroots are always blooming on WPPD and signal spring. Their cheerful, nodding, yellow flowers are comforting and inspire optimism."
"I used my ONDU panoramic pinhole camera to capture this year's image. The camera itself is a work of art and one of my favorites. The film was 120 Fujichrome Velvia (ASA 100)."
