"This turtle was created more than 15 years ago as part of a series of “Sandy Springs Turtles” to promote the creation of the City of Sandy Springs. The project was successful, and the turtles can still be found all over Sandy Springs. This one is located at the pond in my neighborhood of Huntcliff."
