"My plans to visit a nearby forest were thwarted by unforeseen circumstances, so I opted to photograph the yurt I live in, glowing in the morning sun, embraced by the Apple trees in bloom."


"Camera: Intrepid Camera Co. 8x10 camera, with home made pinhole "lens board" taped on the front. Film was Ilford HP5+, developed in FA-1027 developer. Exposure was 100 seconds, with the aperture calculated as approximately f400"
