"The New Brighton Pier on the east coast of the South Island of New Zealand. Photograph taken at dawn as the sun rose on World Wide Pinhole Photography Day. As the sun rises and the tide turns the colours and shadows change providing unique opportunities and challenges."
"Mia 6x6 20mm focal length. Exposure time 6 seconds counted in my head. Shot on Fomopan 100. Wanted to exaggerate the angle and length of the pier so selected position to shot from based on this. Sky was clear so wanted to get photos shot before there was too much light."
