"This grove of cottonwoods is located near Rock Ledge Ranch and Garden of the Gods. It is an area that has a beautiful stillness and a dreamlike quality. The light was strong, and as we are in early spring in April in Colorado, the trees have not bloomed, so they appear as ghostly, twisted sentinels."
