"This photo was taken at the Old Penitentiary in Boise, Idaho. The Old Pen closed in 1973 & is now a historical site. The austere cells project a feeling of desolation and loneliness, which I wanted to capture on film."
"This photo was taken using a medium format Zero Image pinhole camera with 100 ASA T-Max film. The exposure was long - about 10 minutes - due to the low light."
