
"The photo shows a Japanese tea bowl (chawan) and a bamboo whisk (chasen) used for preparing ground green tea (matcha). I chose this subject because I wanted to create a simple, rather minimalist photo using some expired Polaroid film."
"I used a homemade pinhole camera on which I can swap out both the pinhole apertures and the film cartridges. This time, I used the cartridge designed for Polaroid Integral film. With this combination, I work with an approximate aperture of f/340. Using two studio lights, I determined an exposure time of 40 seconds at a film speed of ASA 160."
